ASIPONA Coatzacoalcos participates in an important logistics forum

The National Port System Administration of Coatzacoalcos participates in The Logistics World | Summit & Expo 2026, held on March 18 and 19 at the Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City.

As part of the tour through the stands of the Federal Ports, Admiral Gerardo de Jesús Toledo Guzmán, Undersecretary of Maritime and Port Affairs, visited the Coatzacoalcos Port stand and was received by Vice Admiral Martín Zepeda Anguiano, General Director of ASIPONA Coatzacoalcos. The latter explained the comparative advantages the entity possesses and also presented the various works and investments being carried out here, focused on the federal megaproject of the Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec.

The main port infrastructure projects that will contribute to the country's economic growth were announced.

"In this important logistics event, Port Coatzacoalcos and the country's federal ports interacted with one another to create synergies focused on the development of the region. Furthermore, they met with the most important members of the maritime-port sector, with the purpose of establishing new businesses that benefit the National Port System."
