Dr. Ovidio Noval Nicolau receives AMMJE chapter Coatzacoalcos

As part of its initiative to promote port activities Dr. Ovidio Noval Nicolau, Director General of the Port Authority of Coatzacoalcos, received in the boardroom of the company to the members of the Mexican Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Chapter Coatzacoalcos.
Accompanied by Dr. Santa Carmen Garcia Baez, President of the AMMJE, Noval Nicolau lsitened the concerns of the participants and in turn announced that the Port of Coatzacoalcos was the first place in the ranking of ports federal country from January to August, in terms of general cargo; he emphasized also the excellent location of Coatzacoalcos that would allow uniting the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean, a key part of the project for the start of the Interoceanic Corridor.
He also reported that API Coatzacoalcos has adequate infrastructure for the great works that have referred to the region and said that soon would be carried out the investments needed to boost port development, these would help to detonate the south-east of the country, the above related to the recent statements of the Federal Government on the proposal to create special economic zones and thus boost growth in most social institutions lag.
Thus the Port of Coatzacoalcos, Mexico's Leader in bulk cargo, close ties with the productive sectors of the region with the intention to develop synergies for economic growth in the area.
