Port of Coatzacoalcos present in the Latin American Coffee Summit

From 22 to 24 August took place the Latin American Coffee Summit, in the city of Puebla, Pue. The event was organized by the National Association of Coffee Industry, A.C. (ANACAFE) and other organizations in the industry, in order to exchange experiences among the leading producers and exporters, and encourage the development of international business related to coffee and how to train members of the supply chain.
During the days in which the event took place, API Coatzacoalcos had the opportunity to present the characteristics of rail ferry service as an alternative to the export of coffee that targets the USA.
The coffee sector showed interest to this option provides the port of Coatzacoalcos, unique in the national port system, which has many advantages over traditional coffee export logistics such as avoiding thefts and congestions at the border or port delays by moorings, and require a single bill of lading and have full control of the goods at any time.
