Sugar exports begin through the Port of Coatzacoalcos

From the sugar mill San Rafael de Pucte, located in Quintana Roo state, was received last days the first load of sugar in super sacks of 1.5 ton, to begin the collection of bulk, by the Port of Coatzacoalcos.
The storage is carried out in the warehouse No. 2 of this port, waiting for the vessel that will carry the first 25,000 tons for the company Domino Sugar, located in the United States, storage operation will continue in this state for a second shipment of 20.000 tons.
During 2010 the Port of Coatzacoalcos has operated more than 250.000 tons of sugar, both in bulk such as the one operated by Rail-ferry service , but this year an increase over to this volume is expected.
