Port of Coatzacoalcos, 21 years of sailing to new horizons

The Port Authority of Coatzacoalcos meet next July 25 the anniversary as manager of the port. The development of the port during this time has never stopped, the proof is the growth to the industrial area of Laguna de Pajaritos, with a pier 270 meters long, to docks, yards, roads and the construction of two warehouses, each with storage capacity up to 12 tons.
Itself, Coatzacoalcos has 11 berths, specialized terminals in handling bulk agricultural and mineral bulk, rail ferry service only in the national port system, and the recent reactivation of service for container operation, 9 shipping lines with regular service, connection with 32 ports worldwide, in addition to 21 years experience in port have arrived more than 27,300 boats and have handled 525 million tonnes, it currently placed as the port number one in handling Mexico general cargo.
This would not have been possible without the help of men and women who over the years have built this organization, dedication in their activities have helped to shape a solid port community, this is composed of 25 assignees and 30 service providers.
The Port of Coatzacoalcos is ready, have the infrastructure demanded by large-scale projects promoted by the Federal Government, which will benefit the entire Southeast Mexico.
