The Port of Coatzacoalcos, implements Access Control System

The Port Authority of Coatzacoalcos always looking for new tools to address the needs of clients and users, implemented through the Deputy Manager of Port Security, a new Access Control System.
The system consists of a software, whereby the user can perform various paperwork procedures and requests for access via the Internet, by simply logging in to the official site: www.puertocoatzacoalcos.com.mx and then to the section: Access Application to Port.
To date, we have trained approximately 70% of users between authorities, assigns, customs brokers, shipping agents, transporters and contractors, who are already using this new system, getting answers to their requests in an estimated time of 20 minutes.
This tool also contributes to savings of up to 90% of paper previously used, ie 5.000 sheets per month, which confirms the commitment that this institution has to the environment.
